As a Performance Life Coach, I work with busy professionals who are struggling to identify what they need to consistently be a top performer.
I recognized early in my career the importance of listening to my body and taking care of my mind in order maximize my energy was necessary to set myself up for success.
I want to help you do the same!
After spending years in a corporate career and identifying ways to integrate physical and mental wellness into my days and seeing the impact it had on my performance, I decided to take the leap to help others do the same.
As an introvert, listening to my intuition and my body, I found ways to re-energize in a busy corporate environment.
This included:
Daily workouts
Focused time for work
Downtime between meetings to re-energize
Listening to my body when I needed a mental break
Clearly communicating my needs to supportive leaders
This led to:
Clear and concise decision-making
Solid working relationships with peers and leaders
Being an advisor, coach, mentor and informal leader
Selected to lead or consult on high-priority complex projects
Little to no overtime or after-hours work and leaving work at work
Receiving ratings of exceeds expectations on performance reviews

For my first trip on a plane I went to Australia

Started mountain biking at age 40
