Spiritual* | Mental | Emotional | Physical | Social | Environmental
Every two months, we’ll explore a new book aligned with one of these influencers.
Check out this year’s book selections below.
*For our purposes, the spiritual influencer is your sense of purpose, meaning, goals, values; not religion.

March & April book club | Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza
I’ve dreamed of creating this book club since I started my coaching practice. I’ve always loved self-improvement books - the kind that helps grow, heal, and feel more aligned with who we want to become.
I fell in love with self-improvement books during a difficult time in my life when I was overwhelmed with anxiety. Reading helped me understand my mind and gave me the knowledge and tools to pull myself out of the anxiety and learn to manage it.
This book club is my way of paying it forward.
My vision: A warm, safe space where we grow through books, conversation, support, accountability, and a whole lot of fun! I hope you’ll join me.
Vicki’s book club was such a meaningful way to engage with The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. I love how she facilitated reflection through thoughtful questions in our group chat - they helped me pause, go deeper, and really consider how the book’s ideas applied to my own life. Even though I only made it to one live session, it was such a rich discussion and gave me the chance to explore how others were integrating the theory, too. Without the group and Vicki’s prompts, I don’t think the concepts would’ve stuck with me as deeply. Her leadership and insights made all the difference.

I recently participated in Vicki's "Becoming: A Book Club for Self-Improvement" and it was a great experience. What I loved most was the genuine connection during our online meet up - it was super fun to chat, connect, and learn from each other in such a supportive environment. This book club offers real value for anyone serious about self-improvement in a community setting.
