Before | During | After

Here are some things I recommend before, during, and after your session to help you get the most from our time with your Inner Voice

Before your session

  • Recommended: Headphones with mic near mouth so we can hear each other clearly and your recording comes through clearly

  • Ensure you have a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted

  • Notify family and friends or put a do not disturb sign on the door

  • If you can, block some time for yourself after the session

  • Use the washroom

  • Set devices to do not disturb

  • Have water or tea available to drink

  • Get as comfy and cozy as possible (pillows, blankets, etc.)

  • Consider setting an intention for your session

    • I will allow my Inner Voice to come through so I can hear the wisdom it has to offer.

    • I will release all fears and doubts and trust I’m right where I need to be and hearing what I need to hear.

During your session

  • Stay focused on breathing

  • Trust that your session will unfold exactly the way it needs to for you

  • Give your mind permission to relax; allow your Inner Voice to take centre stage

  • Keep an open mind; let go of any preconceived notions of what might happen during your session

  • Allow your body to move, shake, yawn, stretch, whatever it needs to do to get comfortable or transmute energy

After your session

  • Ask your Inner Voice what you need right now

    • Remember to listen for the answer on the breath out

  • If it feels right, you may want to

    • Continue the conversation with your Inner Voice

    • Sit in the bliss of your Inner Voice

    • Go for a walk

    • Journal

    • Reflect

    • Nap

  • If you received actionable steps from your Inner Voice and it feels aligning, you may want to take action
